What to Expect on Your First Visit

On your first visit, we will take a set of x-rays and photos as a complimentary service to you, followed by reserved one-on-one time with your doctor. You all can discuss what orthodontic treatment options are right for you, timing, and duration of treatment and associated costs.
Upon booking your first appointment with us, you should receive an email with your username and password to our online patient portal. In order to expedite your time with us, please fill out the online financial information and health history form here.

If your insurance has orthodontic treatment coverage, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Because insurance policies vary, our office will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you and your child. If during the course of treatment your benefits change, the financially responsible party is responsible for all payment obligations.
